I wish more than anything that you'll love me. I don't know why. I don't understand the spell you've put me under the past few years. It still hurts to know I'm not loved the way I love you. I don't bloody understand why I love you this badly. You promised me so many wonderful things. But I've had a gut feeling that you'd never live up to those words. You said you'd never make the same mistakes again. And I hoped for the best. Cos that's the only way I know when it comes to you. Empty promises again and that is all I can ever get, when will I ever learn. I will always settle with whatever you can give me but that is simply not enough. I need to stop having to take care of the state of mind you always leave me with. I do have a choice now.
