OH MY GOD. yesterday was so drama la! i'll just narrate the story aite..

okay, as usual, i went to seth's place, made some food to eat and sent him to work. he was moody for god knows what reason. so all the way from stepping out of his house, i was busy entertaining him. but we took 65 to go town.

then when i sent him off, i looked in my wallet to take out my atm. and guess what i found out.. I LOST MY WALLET.

frantically, i called seth. who was just about to change and start work. but of course, he didn't come down to console me although i was standing rooted on the spot right where he left me. oh wells. he just asked me to go harbour front interchange, where the bus 65 ends. so i did. i reached there and asked the fella if he saw any wallet. to my dismay, he said they didn't receive any lost and found items. hmph..

everything was going so wrong..

so i just messaged afiz.. told him i lost my wallet and stuff. that poor boy was at the clinic. waiting for his turn to see the doc. then it struck me that maybe i left my wallet at the ahpek's bus stop shop. you know.. after checking two 65 buses in false hopes that my wallet might be lying there innocently, i just took the third bus all the way down to tampines.

then suddenly afiz called to say, "EH, YOUR WALLET ADE (GOT)." OMG. i was so O.O are you serious?! afiz told heather what happened, so she was already on the phone with me. man, it was so the drama.

in the end, i met afiz and heather. i scolded them cos they were both out, heather was at tamp coffee bean and afiz was somewhere near his house. THEY WERE SO NEAR EACH OTHER YET THEY DIDN'T MEET. what the hell! so i made them wait for me. together la. sorry if i didn't take long enough. haha.

nyahaa. then that poor kid had to go off. oh wells. so long never see you la bro! =)

alhamdulillah, my wallet was found. afiz! ur my angel la!

i thanked the apek. a certain mr. chan. THANK YOU THANK YOUU.

then i spent the rest of the day with heather.

sighhh... i love you all la.

anyways, for the liberty of people who don't read the news paper, i'll just highlight some things i read.

THINGS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD. (what? were you expecting some foreign affairs story where one country bombed yet another? geez.)

- laughing so hard your face hurts.

- a hot shower.

- no lines at the supermarket.

- finding a $50 note in your jacket pocket months late.

- hearing your favourite song on the radio.

- lying in bed listening to the rain outside

- a special glance.

- a good conversation.

- midnight phone calls that last for hours.

- accidentally overhearing someone say something nice about you.

- waking up and realising you still have a few hours to sleep.

- road trips with friends.

- holding hands with someone you care about.

- running into and old friend and realising that some things (good or bad) never change.

- watching the expression on someone's face as they open a much desired present from you.

- knowing that somebody misses you.

- knowing you've done the right thing, no matter what other people think. (now that's something i've yet to experience!)

can i add more? i shall.

- when someone you love gives you a surprise phone call just to say hi or an i love you.

- long talks with girlfriends.

- gossiping about our boyfriends and then realising how much we should treasure our better halves.

- kisses on the head and forehead.

- waking up to see your loved one's face first thing.

- being pampered to a chocolate fondue at haagen dazs. (heheh)

- being surprised with a bouquet of huge ass roses.

- his arms around your shoulder/waist while walking.

- the hugs he give you, like as if he never wants to let go right before you take the lift home.
